MUSTARD AND ITS ORIGINS

Many scientists said that the mustard was invented in the Ancient Rome, mixing grape juice and mustard seeds. They used to have it such as a medicine for making the memory bigger and the mood happier.
Later on, in the Middle Ages, nobility and merchants employed it to make the meat tastier and for dissembling the awful flavor of the fish in bad condition.
Nowadays, in the current society, we use mustard a lot. Above everything, it has an important role in the junk food.
